  • Primary IT administrator for a national, seasonal mobile POS program, becoming the sole assigned owner of the system as the current management handoff concludes. The program runs two short selling windows a year, each requiring months of advance configuration and planning.
  • Administer 19 Square for Retail accounts end to end: account setup, inventory entry and pricing, discounts and promotions, per-location sales tax, and pairing every device to its assigned location so each unit sells correctly on arrival.
  • Manage a fleet of roughly 1,700 iPad mini POS devices across 1,100+ seasonal locations. Full kits pair an iPad mini, Square reader, Socket Mobile scanner, and Pelican case, with go-forward replacements moving to Square handheld hardware.
  • Run the iPad fleet through JAMF MDM and Apple Business Manager, with cellular connectivity managed through Advantix Solutions and Groov.
  • Own the third-party logistics relationship covering storage, pre-season iPad configuration, and shipping kits to locations ready to sell out of the box.
  • Serve as Tier 3 and above escalation during selling season, resolving inventory, account, and tax or pricing issues that fall beyond the contracted Tier 1 help desk.
  • Provide help desk support for 500+ users across corporate, warehouse, and remote offices and 90+ retail locations, using Atera RMM and ServiceDesk Plus, with onboarding and offboarding via OneLogin and ADManager Plus.
  • Build out IT for new retail locations on-site (13 to date): POS systems, front-door customer check-in, the manager's office system, and a full network rack of managed switches, firewall, ISP handoff, two micro servers, and phone base, plus access points and cabling, validated end to end before leaving.
  • Refresh network infrastructure at existing stores (39 upgrades): clear the old closet, stand up a new rack and switching, firewall, and server stack, swap aging access points, and run new Ethernet cabling as needed.
